Mrs. Bobak is the Proud Principal of San Carlos Park Elementary School. Mrs. Bobak has been an administration for 11 years and is coming from Mirror Lakes Elementary where she served as Principal for almost five years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from University of Central Florida and her Master’s Degree in Leadership from FGCU. She has lived in Fort Myers since 1986 and is a product of the Lee County School System. She taught 1st Grade in Detroit for four years before moving back down to Fort Myers where she taught at Tanglewood for 13 years ranging from Kindergarten through 4th Grade, she opened up Tortuga Preserve where she went into Leadership as Curriculum Specialist and Assistant Principal, went to be an Assistant Principal at Manatee Elementary, and became Principal at Mirror Lakes Elementary. This experience has enabled Mrs. Bobak to know what is needed to create a dynamic school where students and staff are welcomed, believed in, and celebrated, all while achieving high academic growth. Mrs. Bobak looks forward to cultivating strong relationships with our family and business community and strengthening the Arts program at San Carlos Park Elementary. Mrs. Ashley Laine- Assistant Principal
Mrs. Laine is excited to be the Assistant Principal at San Carlos Park Elementary School. She was born and raised in Fort Myers and attended Lee County Schools all throughout her education. Mrs. Laine received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Edison State College (now known as Florida Southwestern) and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to becoming an Assistant Principal, Mrs. Laine taught at Veterans Park Academy of the Arts and Spring Creek Elementary. When Mrs. Laine is not at school, you can find her outside! She loves to fish, work in the yard, go to the beach – anything to be soaking up the sunshine with her family!
